Other major companies, including home retailers, will offer over phone pricing only to surprise the customer with higher pricing later on. With Handyman Connection, there are no surprises! We are licensed Contractors and fully insured. All our craftsmen are seasoned veterans and most have been at our local offices for years. We ensure our customers safety by background screening, drug testing and bonding all craftsmen. After each project is complete, all work is backed by our one-year service warranty.
Our Award Winning customer care team is available 6 days a week, from 8:00am to 5:00pm M to F, 8:30am to 12:30pm on Sat. Schedule a specialized craftsman by email or phone. Simple! We set exact appointment times, 9am means “9am sharp”, not “sometime, between, 9 and 1”. We will call you to confirm your appointment, AND when your work is done, surprise again, we call you to check if you are happy. Now that is service!
